35+ years in aluminium casting. Co-founded MAP Alloys in 2012 after senior roles across India's foundry industry. Sets the long-term direction on capacity, quality and customer relationships.
Established 2012 in Chakan. Consolidated to a single plant in 2025. Twelve OEMs, three million vehicles on the road, one specialism: gravity die casting for braking systems.
MAP Alloys is one of India's leading manufacturers of aluminium gravity die-cast components for two- and three-wheeler brake systems, with capability extending into four-wheeler applications. From a single 25-MT/month unit in 2012, we have grown over a decade into a trusted, automation-led foundry serving the country's foremost brake-system makers, and increasingly customers beyond India.
Our focus has never widened. Every machine, every furnace, every inspection station is configured around the single discipline of casting safety-critical brake components at volume. That focus is what allows us to invest at the depth this work requires.
To empower our customers to build precise, innovative and sustainable products, at any volume.
To become a total-quality company by continually improving our processes, operating at 4200 MT today and scaling further as we extend into four-wheeler programmes.
Customer requirements set our standards. We invest ahead of demand. We work as one team across units. We are open and dependable as partners.
Through 2025 we have consolidated MAP-1, MAP-2 and MAP-3 into a single, expanded site: one quality system, one engineering team.
MAP Alloys is founder-led. Operational direction sits with a small, accountable team: engineering, quality, operations and finance under one room.
