Through 2025 we are consolidating MAP-1, MAP-2 and MAP-3 into a single, expanded plant in Chakan. One site means one quality system, one logistics flow, and one engineering team across melting, casting, heat treatment and inspection.

Gravity die-casting machines

Auto-pour, PLC-logged cycle control. Configured for 100 g – 1.5 kg parts, with quick-change tooling for product-mix changeover.

Tower-type melting furnaces

Continuous melt of AC2A, LM16 or Al-Si7 with verified chemistry and PLC-controlled holding temperature. 680 – 740 °C operating range.

Heat-treatment lines

In-house solutionizing + ageing under logged time-and-temperature traces. T6 standard; customer-specified tempers on request.

MetChem laboratory

Optical-emission spectrometer, tensile tester and dimensional / metallurgical inspection, on the same floor as the casting line.
