Every part we cast is a brake-system component. That focus is what allows us to invest in automation, metallurgy and inspection at the depth safety-critical work requires.
The structural heart of a disc-brake assembly. Cast in AC2A or LM16 for strength and thermal stability, geometry tuned to customer pad and piston designs. Front and rear families across two- and three-wheeler platforms, with development underway for four-wheeler programmes.
The hydraulic actuator behind the lever or pedal. Cast to tight bore tolerances and finished for downstream machining and seal-bore preparation.
For drum-brake applications. Bodies engineered for sealing performance and machining repeatability at high volumes, typically high-cadence two- and three-wheeler programmes.
Mounting and ancillary brackets cast alongside the body families they support. Unified supply for the whole bracket-plus-caliper assembly.
A value-engineered tandem master-cylinder programme. Our proof point for DFM and VAVE delivery on a complex, multi-feature casting, and the template for how we approach new programmes from RFQ onward, and stay in pursuit of the optimum value.
